WASHINGTON, July 31 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board authorized a General Electric Co., Evendale, Ohio, proposed jet engine production and testing activity at Subzone 46N in Peebles, Ohio, on a limited basis following additional review.
The authorization requires entry and duty payment on steel, aluminum and derivative components unless eligible for drawback under applicable Section 232 proclamations.
